General Maintenance From $70 per hour For regular mowing, edging, blowing, light weeding, light pruning and basic tidy-ups. Minimum charge: 1 hour Charged in hourly blocks after the first hour This is best for simple, regular maintenance where the job is clear and straightforward.
Garden Maintenance
Weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching, garden bed clean-ups and general outdoor upkeep.
Garden Clean-Ups
For tired, messy or overgrown areas that need stronger reset, not just a quick mow.
Hedge Trimming
Neat trimming and shaping for hedges, shrubs and outdoor areas that need a cleaner, sharper look.
Weed Matting & Mulching
Weed matting, mulch refreshes and garden bed tidy-ups to help reduce weeds and improve presentation.
Small Property Maintenance
Practical small jobs around the home and outdoor areas, including furniture assembly, gate and latch repairs, minor painting touch-ups, curtain rods/blinds installation, and non-structural tidy-ups.
The “Oh No, People Are Coming” Reset
For family visits, BBQs, birthdays, inspections, open homes, or when the garden suddenly needs to look like responsible adults live there. Includes the areas that make the biggest visual difference first: lawn tidy, edges, weeds, blow-down, front entry tidy, light pruning and general outdoor polish. From $250 Final price depends on the size, condition and level of finish required.
Street Appeal Reset
For making the front of the home look sharp, clean and cared for. Can include garden bed tidy-up, pruning, edging, fresh mulch, weed control, entry path tidy, letterbox area tidy and small planting if requested. From $650 plus materials Quoted depending on garden size, mulch, plants, green waste and the result wanted.
One-Day Garden Glow-Up
A full-day outdoor transformation without major landscaping. Designed for visible improvement in one day: pruning, weeding, edging, garden bed reset, mulch preparation, planting if requested, clean-up and before-and-after photos. From $950 labour Materials, plants, mulch and green waste disposal are extra. Larger or heavily overgrown gardens may need staged work.
